I was more than happy with your service and I found you to be a pleasant and up-front young man. The job was well done and you did not waste time. I was very pleased I'd called you and would recommend you to anyone. Hope you do well.

My key snapped inside the lock and I thought I was going to need the whole lock replaced. Stefan managed to remove the broken key and get the door working again. He explained everything clearly and didn't carry out any unnecessary work. Great service.

Excellent service from Stefan. He arrived when he said he would, quickly sorted the problem and was very professional throughout. The price was fair and there were no surprises. Would definitely use him again.

Reasonable price. Came to sort my patio door lock, we were extremely impressed with the professional, respectful service we received. Would not hesitate to use again.

Very efficient and was prompt in attending an emergency call out. Very professional too in mannerism.

Very efficient and fast.
